Rutenberg Membership Fees
To enable us to offer you 100% commission splits there are some costs associated with becoming a Charles Rutenberg Agent. However, even if you just do one deal per year you are thousands of dollars ahead. But, our hope is you’ll be doing many more!
- Agents pay $99.00 per month (pay by credit card, check or cash)
- When a sale occurs Agents pay a Transaction Fee deducted from the commission when a closing occurs -- $1,000 on transactions below $1.5M and $2,000 on all those above.
- When a rental occurs Agents pay $200 on leases up to $1600: $400 on leases between $1601 and $2500; $600 on leases between $2501 and $4999; and, $800 on those at $5000 and above.
- And, as in any real estate firm in Manhattan, you’ll be required to join the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and The Manhattan Association of Realtors (MANAR).
