Prior to joining Charles Rutenberg Realty, Luis Landivar was a sales and rental agent at Fireside Realty LLC. There he was responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the firm’s upper eastside office as well as supporting the office’s agents and support staff. In addition, he played a supportive role in developing the firms marketing and recruiting efforts. Prior to his position at Fireside Realty, LLC, Mr. Landivar studied at the Real Estate Board of New York.

After graduating from The University of Florida, Mr. Landivar was a teacher in the NYC public school system. He subsequently earned a Master of Science degree from Baruch College and continues to work as an Assistant Principal Organization in the NYC public school system. In addition, Mr. Landivar continues to pursue creative outlets and endeavors. He is an independent film producer and founder of Land Varied International LLC. One of his independent productions, Stray Cat in Brooklyn, was honored at the New York International Independent Film and Video festival as Best Picture in 2005. Mr. Landivar is currently in pre-production for an independent feature film. Bushwick - A Film by Luis Landivar has received over 700k views and will be released in 2010.

Mr. Landivar, a resident of Long Island City, is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
